Sorry, but there's no way to really speed up hair growth. Nothing you put on your hair will make it grow faster, or 'stimulate' it, because it's dead.

Umm, last time I checked, the only solution to short hair was letting it grow back. I don't think you can forcibly stretch hair.

But I've heard that if you massagge your scalp once a day, it wakes up your folicles and helps it grow. Im not sure if thats true though. I've also heard that it grows more in the winter.
... I've also heard that horse shampoo helps. But, I'm pretty sure there's a reason why its for horses and not humans.
