Right now my hair is mainly one lenght,but is starting to look scraggly on the ends. Its down to about the half of my back and if I forgot to mention it straight.

I would cut your hair to your shoulders. Maybe a little shorter. Have highlights put in. And have layers put in your hair that would make your hair go out. Know what I mean? Kinda hard to explain what I would do.

Try a shag-cut (like my avatar). It will probably give your hair more fullness and frame your face nicely. It is the same cut I have, and I love it! My hair is really thick, so this cut gives me volume, and also takes off some of the weight of my hair.

A layerd look will look perfect, it will frame your face and make your hair more managable......you should ask for layers but keep the length.

get it layered. but nothing shorter than your chin. otherwise it will make your face look huge.

you should get short layers in the front and long layers in the back trust me it will look great oh yeah ask the hair stylist to have the layers go with the shape of your face a little bit.

You should get lots of layers, and maybe some highlights, that way it would look nicer ;)
