title says it all. I'm a 16 year old guy with straight blonde hair. Typically i get it cut reasonably short, with the measurements 5 and 8; 5 on the sides and 8 on top. I want to know how i should have my hair cut before i let it grow out, so that it looks the best when it is long. Should i cut it the same length all the way around? In the end i'm looking to have the typical, teenage guy long hair look that a lot of guys have now, with hair just above my eyes type of thing. Bangs and everything. thanks!
