my hair grows really fast too, what i had to do was take a few weeks off from getting hair cuts, this regulates how fast your hair will grow. the more often you cut your hair the faster it grows. and also , dirty hair grows faster than clean hair.

I would say that may be a little unusual, but nothing to worry about. I know a guy whose hair is really thick and seems to grow like crazy. Everyone is different, and that includes how fast your hair grows.

I'm in the same boat. I'm also really picky about my hair. try when going in to get it cut, ask them to cut it a little shorter than you normally have it cut. this should give you another week before it gets too bad.
