Just wondering how long it takes for hair to get outside the scalp so u can cut it...how long would a hair be after ten days?
How long does it take for hair to grow from the follicle through to the scalp, accessible to scissors?
Depends on the person, but my guess after 10 days it would be about a centimeter.
